Avec un Œil d’Enfant / With the Eye of a Child - TV Documentary
Appleseed Entertainment, along with LeDon Films, Michael Andrew Wilson and Julie Bonan, is developing this 52-minute documentary on the influence of French artist/illustrator Felix Lorioux on Pablo Picasso, Gustave Doré, Salvadore Dalì and even Walt Disney.

Felix Lorioux was born in Angers, France, in 1872 and would go on to be regarded as among the best of French illustrators. This film, showcasing thousands of panels of his rediscovered art, will explore the question of why this artist, who had so much influence on others, is no longer remembered as well as those he influenced.

The Mystery of Democracy - TV Documentary
Appleseed Entertainment is developing this full-length documentary in partnership with Stanford University's Center for Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law and Dr. Larry Diamond, based on his book "The Spirit of Democracy."

This full-length documentary explores the mysterious nature of democracy that inspires so many ordinary citizens to risk life and limb for its cause.

Appleseed Entertainment is producing the behind the scenes and bonus feature material for this 3D animated feature being produced under the leadership of JC2 Animated Entertainment.

The animated feature "The Legend of Secret Pass" takes place in the mountains of the Southwest and involves Thunderbirds of Native American mythology, along with an unlikely troop of animals and humans caught up in a clash of ageless magic. In this moment of crisis, the barest chance to avoid cataclysm falls into the hands of a Native American boy.

Appleseed Entertainment assisted client I.D.E.A. reformulate this documentary about the effects of the 2006 war between Hezbollah and Israel on civilians in Northern Israel. We re-cut existing footage and brought in new material to more effectively tell the story.

This half-hour documentary tells the story of Jewish and Arab victims of Hezbollah rockets in Northern Israel in 2006.

Appleseed Entertainment produced and Ben Moses wrote and directed this documentary about Post-Traumtic Stress Disorder among military veterans for American Trademark Pictures. It is intended for theatrical and television distribution.

Documentary exploring the phenomenon of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder in veterans and the variety of techniques that have been developed to help those who suffer from this "hidden wound" of war.

 
Reptile Chronicles - TV Series Pilot - view clip
Appleseed Entertainment, in partnership with
JC2 Animated Entertainment, produced and Ben Moses wrote and directed this 1/2-hour TV show pilot based on the globe-trotting adventures of herpitologist (reptile scientist) Ari Flaglel, with in-studio commentary by herpitologist Erik Stoops and additional help from their animated reptile friend, Doopey.

In the pilot episode of "Reptile Chronicles," Ari Flagle and special guest Al Badolgo travel to a remote Indonesian jungle to track down the elusive Boelens Python, while Erik Stoops and their animated reptile friend, Doopey, talk to the audience in-studio.

More then half of a century has past since the discovery of a python species hidden within the mysterious, pristine environment of New Guinea. Jagged mountains and erratic weather conditions provide the area unforgiving protection. Indigenous natives isolated within the cloud forest still practice the ancient traditions of head hunting. This is the home of the BLACK PYTHON.

A team lead by Ari Flagle from the Center for Reptile and Amphibian Research (cfrar.com) with Indonesian expert Al Baldogo is on an adventure of a lifetime to observe and capture the New Guinea Black Python in the wild. Who knows what dangers and creatures await the team as they head into forbidden territory. Be there to share the adventure on the "Reptile Chronicles" TV series… in the safety of your own home.

The amazing story of how Israel has survived 3,000 years of violent opposition through what could be thought of as miracles.
